CA$8.99

Are you looking to dress up your table for the holidays? Or do you like placemats for everyday use? Try these subtle lace placemats woven with bamboo/cotton by Maurice Brassard.

This pattern will teach you how to use pick-up sticks and string heddles to weave up these beautiful placemats.

Pattern makes 2 placemats measuring 16.6” x 12.6” using bamboo/cotton by Maurice Brassard (any 2/8 cotton or cotolin will work as well)

Equipment: you will need a rigid heddle with a minimum weaving width of 15”, a 12.5 dent reed, a pickup stick, string heddles, and a heddle rod (a shuttle will work), 2 shuttles and all the usual weaving paraphernalia.

A 4-shaft weaving draft is included at the end of the pattern.
